- N.B.: I have yet not been able to examine the ceramics in person and I am not a trained ceramologist. Awaiting a proper study, the material is therefore presented with the vessel’s description provided in Late Nubian Cemeteries, SJE6, p. 130. In the 1960s, the study of the ceramic material was entrusted to William Y. Adams, so the description follows his typology of Nubian pottery (Adams 1986).
